How Do Preorders Work?

Preorder styles are pieces that are available online only. Popular styles we may add to our instore collection, but majority will be online exclusives. These styles can take weeks and sometimes longer depending on the manufacturing process.

If you decide to preorder an item on our website, please note the following: 

• Payment is charged immediately not when the order ships. 

• Preorder items will ship separately from in stock items.

• We add estimated manufacturer shipment details for Preorders in the description when available. 

• We will do our best to communicate as much information as available for Preorders.

• If you do not see an update on the product online, we do not have any further information at this time.
